Seminars upon request / on-site seminars

Upon request, we also offer and combine seminars according to your needs. We will be pleased to cater for your specific requirements. For example, the seminar content can be adjusted to your company environment, or we can organise a training event to support one of your products. Conditions of participation

Seminar fees

See seminar descriptions. All seminar fees stated are valid on a per-seminar, per-person basis, plus VAT at the applicable statutory rate. Seminar fees are due upon registration. They include seminar materials, drinks during breaks and lunch.

Discounts

We offer a 50% discount to registrants working at universities and public research institutions. Provided free slots are still available, students may attend seminars free of charge upon presentation of their enrolment certificate.

Registration

You may either register online, directly on the seminar description page, or simply send us an e-mail. Upon receipt of your registration, you will be sent a related confirmation, including directions and hotel details. With your registration, you accept and agree to our conditions of participation.

The seminar materials provided may not be copied, reproduced or disclosed to third parties.

Number of attendees

Seminars may be attended by a maximum of 12 participants.

Commencement / duration

Seminars: 9.00 am to 5.00 pm (unless otherwise indicated). Information days: usually from 1.30 pm to about 5.00 pm. Lecturers Seminars are held exclusively by experienced professionals.

Language Unless otherwise stated, seminars will be held in German (English offered upon request).

Cancellation of attendance by registrant

• Until one week prior to commencement of seminar: free of charge.
• Until one day prior to commencement of seminar: a cancellation fee of 50% of the seminar fee applies. - Non-attendance: full seminar fee applies.
• Substitute attendees may be designated.

Cancellation of seminar by organiser

If fewer than four registrations without application for a discount are received, we reserve the right to cancel the seminar. In such a case, registrants will be informed thereof not later than one week before the seminar commencement date. The organiser will not refund expenses incurred by registrants in relation to this cancellation.
