Welding Analysis with LS-DYNA and SimWeld


Im Rahmen des Workshops werden exemplarisch zwei Simulations­modelle mit DynaWeld aufgebaut: Wärmebehandlung eines Zahnrades (Abschreckhärten) und MSG-Schweissen eines T-Stoßes.
Hierbei wird auf alle wesentlichen simulationsrelevanten Aspekte eingegangen, wie z. B. Aufbereiten der Materialdaten, vereinfachter oder detaillierterer Modellaufbau, Unterschiede zwischen Aluminium und Stahlwerkstoffen, Prozessdaten und Abschreckbedingungen beim Wärme­behandeln, Schweisspfade und Schweissfolge sowie Wärme­quellen und Wärmeeintragskontrolle beim Schweissen als auch die Erfassung von Kontakten, Spannern und Spannkräften.
